Job Summary :

We are seeking a Technical Lead - Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in leading full-stack development teams. You should have deep expertise in front-end technologies (React, Angular, Next.js), back-end development (Node.js, Express), API integration, and databases (PostgreSQL).

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern web application architectures and will play a key role in developing scalable, high-performance web applications.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Ensure technical requirements are clearly defined, communicated, and aligned with development planning.

- Conduct daily reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Mentor and guide developers, driving efficiency and quality across multiple projects.

- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure architectures for both front-end and back-end.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.

- Continuously evaluate and integrate new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve development workflows.

- Integrate AI into the development process to speed up coding and improve productivity.

- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Years of experience needed :

- 8+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.

Technical Skills :

- 8+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.

- Expertise in React, Next.js, and modern front-end frameworks.

- Extensive experience with JavaScript, ES6, and TypeScript.

- Strong knowledge of Node.js, Nest.js, and Express for server-side development.

- Familiarity with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.

- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and design principles.

- Proficiency with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
