Sr. Laravel/PHP Developer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Laravel Developer to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Senior Laravel Developer, you will take a leadership role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust web applications using the Laravel PHP framework. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior developers, drive technical excellence, and contribute to the overall success of our development projects. Responsibilities: Lead the development, testing, and deployment of high-quality web applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Architect and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions using the Laravel framework. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry standards and best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Conduct code reviews to ensure the highest level of code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in web development and integrate them into the development process. Work closely with project managers, designers, and other team members to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results. Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven 5+ years of professional experience in web development, with a strong focus on Laravel. Expertise in PHP and object-oriented programming. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax. Strong understanding of database systems, especially MySQL, and experience with database design and optimization. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services. Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Preferred Skills: Must be proficient in Laravel, PHP, MySql, Jquery, Javascript Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS. Understanding of agile development methodologies. Must have Problem solving Analytical skills Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
