BigPanda Engineer - Implementation & Configuration (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Big Panda solutions to meet specific business and technical requirements.

- Configure Big Panda to integrate with various monitoring and observability tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.

- Develop and implement custom integrations and workflows to automate incident response and resolution.

- Design and architect scalable and resilient Big Panda solutions to support large-scale operations.

- Define and optimize Big Panda's configuration to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

- Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and development teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Big Panda environments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Big Panda configuration, integrations, and performance.

- Monitor system health and proactively identify potential problems.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Big Panda features and best practices.

- Share knowledge and expertise with the team through documentation, training, and mentorship.

- Contribute to the development of new features and improvements to the Big Panda platform.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Big Panda implementation, configuration, and operations.

- Possess a valid Big Panda certification.

- Strong understanding of IT operations, incident management, and problem management processes.

- Experience with event management and alert management concepts.

- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Perl, etc.) for automation and integration tasks.

- Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify root causes.

- Strong analytical skills to analyze large volumes of data and identify patterns.
