Designation- Senior Sales Development Representative
Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Representative with a proven track record in selling B2B SaaS solutions to US Healthcare Insurance payors. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a good understanding of the healthcare industry, and a passion for driving sales and building lasting client relationships. This role demands a strategic approach to sales, a comprehensive understanding of the software solutions, and a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Geography: North America
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within healthcare organizations, including C-level executives, to understand their specific needs and present tailored solutions.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting, cold calling, and networking to product demonstrations, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives that generate leads and increase brand awareness within the healthcare sector.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to position our products effectively and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to the sales management team.
- Contribute to the development of sales materials, presentations, and other collateral that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
Skills
- Exceptionally self-motivated and directed - Have high energy to lead and drive business
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B software sales, with a strong focus on selling SaaS solutions in the US Healthcare market.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- In-depth understanding of the US Healthcare industry, including its regulatory environment, market dynamics, and key stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to navigate complex sales processes and contract negotiations.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify customer pain points and position our solutions as the best-fit offering.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate insightful reports.
