JD: The Sales Executive - Website Sales will be responsible for generating new business and managing relationships with clients interested in our website development and digital services. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a deep understanding of digital solutions, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for website development and related digital services.
Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Client Engagement:
Initiate and manage contact with prospective clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable website solutions.
Present and demonstrate our website development services to potential clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Sales Management:
Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale issues or questions.
Maintain a pipeline of leads and track sales progress using CRM software.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with the web development and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity to inform business strategy.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Customer Service:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Address client concerns and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
