Salary: Rs 4L to Rs 9L (As per market standard hike)

Role Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Front-End Developer with expertise in React.JS, Redux state management & SCSS to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our web-based applications.

You will collaborate with back-end developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers to create high-quality, scalable, and secure front-end components that deliver a seamless experience for our users.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front-end technologies, particularly React.JS, and a passion for building responsive, accessible, and optimized applications that integrate seamlessly with web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality front-end components using React.js that deliver a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to integrate user-friendly interfaces with secure and scalable APIs.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use, optimizing applications for maximum performance, speed, and scalability.
• Implement responsive design and ensure that the application works seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
• Ensure that real-time file updates and changes are reflected smoothly within the UI, delivering a collaborative experience for users.
• Implement strong encryption and data security protocols from a front-end perspective, ensuring that sensitive information is always protected.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in React.js, JavaScript, and front-end development to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on SCSS , React.JS , Redux.JS.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, SCSS and Front-end frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them with front-end components.
• Understanding of version control systems like Git and best practices for collaborative development.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and frameworks like Bootstrap or Antd Library.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Familiarity with UI/UX best practices to ensure a smooth, intuitive user experience.
