We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in optimizing systems, automating processes, and managing infrastructure across cloud and containerized environments. As a DevOps Lead, you will play a critical role in architecting, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing Kubernetes clusters, and ensuring the performance and security of our systems.
The day-to-day:
Optimize system and infrastructure performance for scalability and reliability.
Document architecture designs, processes, and operational workflows.
Design, implement, and manage Jenkins pipelines, including shared libraries.
Develop Python, Bash, and Groovy scripts to automate tasks and processes.
Manage Docker images, and containers, and optimize Docker files.
Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters and Helm charts effectively.
Implement and monitor CI/CD pipelines for efficiency and reliability.
Use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) to manage resources.
Administer and optimize AWS and Azure cloud environments.
Implement auto-scaling policies and perform cloud resource optimization.
Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and enforce access controls.
Perform security and performance tuning of cloud infrastructures.
Lead the team in automating repetitive tasks and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployments.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Who you are:
Proven experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar role with leadership responsibilities.
Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and Groovy.
Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and cloud resource management.
Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, and Infrastructure as Code.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools, monitoring, and optimization.
Strong understanding of security protocols, audits, and access controls.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes.
Experience in implementing DevOps best practices in large-scale environments.
Familiarity with observability tools and best practices
