Overview :
As a Junior RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer specializing in Power Automate, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate platform. You will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements and design efficient solutions to streamline business processes.

Job Description :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflow automation concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate (formerly known as Microsoft Flow) and familiarity with other RPA tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite and other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint and Dynamics 365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Certification in Microsoft Power Automate or other relevant RPA certifications.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
- Cloudflow knowledge/work experience is an added advantage.
Responsibilities :
- Workflow Development : Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to optimize business processes.
- Requirement Analysis : Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand process workflows that can be automated.
- Solution Design : Create technical designs and documentation for automated workflows, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Integration : Integrate Power Automate workflows with other systems and applications such as Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs.
- Testing and Debugging : Conduct thorough testing of automated workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability. Debug and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Deployment : Manage the deployment of automated workflows to production environments, following best practices and change management processes.
- Monitoring and Maintenance : Monitor the performance of automated workflows and proactively identify areas for optimization and improvement. Provide ongoing maintenance and support as needed.
- Training and Documentation : Provide training and support to end-users on using automated workflows. Create documentation and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and adoption.
