Warehouse and Inventory Manager

Role Overview:
The D2C Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the overall
warehouse team, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and acting as the liaison between
the demand planning team and other relevant departments. This role includes planning and
coordinating inwards with the merchandising team and streamlining processes by establishing
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The manager will oversee the fulfilment of online
orders, EBO (Exclusive Brand Outlet) operations, and warehouse-to-warehouse transfers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse Operations Management:
- Lead and oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Implement best practices for inventory management, order processing, and shipping.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the warehouse and fulfilment team to achieve performance
targets.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and productivity.
3. Liaison and Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the warehouse team and the demand planning
team.
- Work closely with the merchandising team to plan and manage inwards, ensuring timely and
accurate inventory replenishment.
4. Demand Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the demand planning team to share and align on demand forecasts.
- Plan and coordinate order execution to meet customer expectations.
5. Establish and Streamline SOPs:
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures to ensure streamlined processes.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Order Fulfilment:
- Manage end-to-end fulfilment processes for online orders, ensuring timely and accurate
deliveries.
- Oversee EBO operations and facilitate warehouse-to-warehouse transfers as required.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the apparel or textile
industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
