Bounteous x Accolite is looking for 𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫 to fill the role of Contract Tech Recruiter in our Bangalore Office! If you have 3 to 7 years of recruitment experience and a passion for connecting exceptional talent and can join us within 𝟏𝟓 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬, we want to hear from you!

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:-
•      Drive full cycle recruitment for various technical roles like Software Engineers, Data scientists, DevOps and more
•      Source, Screen and interview high- Caliber tech candidates from diverse backgrounds.
•      Conduct phone screens, interview's, and skill assessments to ensure candidate fit.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
•      4-7 Years of exp in recruiting for technical roles.
•      Strong understanding of technical skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•      Proven experience in sourcing candidates across multiple platforms.
•      Ability to manage multiple roles.
