Technical Lead - C#

Roles Responsibilities

• Ability to understand and architect windows applications using C# .NET framework.
• Participate in requirement analysis, design, coding and testing (manual as well as automation)
• Take ownership of assigned jobs that are part of new feature implementations, bug fixes and enhancement activities.
• Technical communication with internal / external stake holders and collaborate with global teams will be part of job.

Required Skills (Technical Competencies)
- Strong programming skills in C# with 8+ years of experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing windows application using C# / .NET.
- Strong expertise in developing multi threaded windows applications.
- Experience consuming COM objects.
- Experience in XSLT
- Deep knowledge in Object Oriented Programming concepts and experience in implementing the same using C#.
- Good knowledge in UML notations and design concepts.
- Strong experience in unit testing C# applications
- Experience in WPF
- Strong experience in Agile development.
- Technical communication with internal / external stake holders and collaborate with global teams will be part of job
- Ability to lead/mentor teams of size up to 5

Desired Skills
- Ability to explore large code base and understand architecture and design.
- Ability to deliver without much supervision from lead/managers.
- Familiar with tools like GIT, Collaborator, Jira / ALM
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Word
- Prior experience developing applications over LibreOffice suite
