Announcement For the post of Lead Engineer or Technical Lead - RF PA

• Lead Engineer / Technical Lead will be responsible for designing and developing high efficiency high power RF Power Amplifiers using HEMT devices with excellent theoretical and analytical skills in design and analyzing circuits.
• The role requires you to work with device fabrication and related cross functional teams.
• Should be independently able to perform RF component selection, PCB design.
• Candidate should have a strong innovative mind set and be able to work as a team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in designing RF / Microwave circuits using HEMT devices,
• Good theoretical and practical understanding of RF engineering fundamentals and test methodology.
• Hand on experience in using RF test equipments like VNA, Scopes etc
• Hands on experience in using relevant ADS and Ansys software modules.
• Experience in design tools related to RF and Microwave engineering.
• Should be able to perform tolerance analysis, worst-case circuit analysis.
• The ability to code control firmware will be an added advantage.
• Understanding system architecture design & cross-functional integration
• Demonstrated experience to complete product development life cycle (concept to EOL) will be plus.
• Experience in working with global design and manufacturing companies will be a plus.
• Product development experience in Agile will be a plus.

Essential Qualifications

• Doctorate (fresher) or masters degree with 5+ years of industrial experience in R&D in area of RF/Microwave engineering in design of RF power amplifiers
• Good fundamental knowledge in designing,simulating, and building high efficiency high power RF Power Amplifiers using HEMT devices, strong fundamentals of RF/Microwave, PCB design, DFMEA and RCA methods.

• Consolidated pay ₹1,00,000/(minimum) per month all inclusive; actual designation and salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and expertise.
