Job Description
- Mentor and guide a team of Python Developers working in developer experience team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Lead the design and implementation of Python best practices, CI/CD pipelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding team initiatives and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in development and operational processes.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible etc.
Must Have Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Software Development with atleast 5+ years in Python.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Some experience or understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible would be good to have.
- Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) Good to have.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a distributed system environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues.
