Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform.
- Meet with clients to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Participate in the development of best practices, strategies, and policies around data governance, including master data management, metadata management, data quality and data profiling.
- Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and how-to assistance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of a broad range of emerging technology trends and identifies opportunities where technology might be deployed to deliver business improvements and competitive advantage.
- Participate in the sales cycle as needed (solution definition, pre-sales, estimating and project planning)
- Work closely with key stakeholders/project team to recommend and agree technical solutions to meet business requirements, solution design, effort estimation and work breakdown for assigned tasks to support Agile practices.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 5+ years of implementation experience on Salesforce and Force.com platform with at least 2 complete lifecycle implementations.
- At least 2 years of experience of solutioning and designing applications on Salesforce and Force.com platform.
- Excellent Salesforce programming skills (Apex and Visualforce/lightning).
- Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform and suite of Salesforce products.
- Ability to design and provide solutions using Salesforce.com out of box features and custom development tools.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Extensive experience in all phases of SFDC process which involves requirement gathering, requirement analysis, design, development, implementation Integration & enhancement in Salesforce projects.
- Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning, best practices, and deployment methodologies.
- Proven experience in solution design, effort estimation and work breakdown for assigned tasks to support Agile practices.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- A good work ethic, passion for product quality and attention to detail.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor s/Postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experience
- Salesforce Certifications
- Administrator and Platform Developer II is mandatory
- One or more current Salesforce certifications (Any Cloud Consultant, Advanced Administrator) preferred
