Construction Site Admin

This is a admin job , we expect the person to be in head office and govern all running sites by conducting daily meetings with all site supervisors to ensure smooth execution

The typical duties and responsibilities expected:

• Planning and implementing construction projects
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant equipment
• Making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project
• Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
• Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
• Maintaining quality control checks
• Ensuring the safety of the site and adhering to health and safety regulations
• Delegating work to site staff and managing their workload and output.
• Conducting site reviews ann identifying/resolving issues
