Technical Assistant

• Conversant with maintenance of equipment of industrial grade Rayon yarn of Spinning

plant & familiar with chemical handling, yarn processing, vacuum system, fresh air

handling, HVAC and steam system.

• Knowledge of maintenance of equipment of Rayon/VSF plant. Familiar in preparation of

technical data sheet, knowledge of drawing, preparation of BOM and having experience

in projects etc.

• Conversant with Planned, Preventive and Predictive maintenance practices, 5S, ISO

9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, TQM, autonomous and RCM philosophy.

• In depth knowledge of working on SAP PM module and generating reports.
• Hands on in coordination with Engg departments to ensure Preventive schedules

compliances on daily/monthly/annual basis.

• Hands on in using predictive maintenance tools like vibration sensors, alignment kits etc.
• Status Compilation and follow ups of all the Capital and major repair projects for timely

execution and completion.

• Compilation of engineering drawings and ensure their updation of all modification and improvements in plants in structured manner for future ref.
