Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This full-time role requires leading the architecture design and development of cutting-edge IT solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in steering projects with emphasis on system design and infrastructure optimization, contributing to BTC's mission of spearheading digital transformation, especially in healthcare technology.

Experience : 10 to 15 yrs

Work type : Onsite , location : Jp Nagar 3rd phase, Bangalore.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer-facing roles and ability to lead deep architecture discussions with enterprise architects, IT management, and senior customer executives
• Ability to understand complex business problems and requirements and provide innovative, practical technical solutions to meet business needs
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
• In-depth knowledge across all application tiers, including full-stack
• In-depth knowledge of mobile, web, application integration services, microservices etc.
• Experience building secure, high-performing compliant applications
• Up to date with the latest technologies with a solid understanding of the application of technology stacks based on pros and cons
• Ability to articulate and support technical decisions in the context of business needs
• 10+ years of experience with 8+ years in Java and related technologies
• Experience with Continuous Deployment/Continuous integration (CI/CD) environments
• Experience with AI/ML a plus
• Experience in the US Healthcare domain a plus
• B1 visa preferred
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build deep technical relationships with clients and prospects based on a clear understanding of their business and demonstration of technical acumen
• Be a part of the pre-sales team and work towards providing technology solutions and roadmap
• Provide work estimates based on proposed solutions
• Translate technology solutions to high-level and low-level designs
• Manage and guide development teams to build applications based on technology solutions and architecture
• Drive quality in every aspect of the solution design and development
• Effectively communicate technology strategies & trade-offs from clients to developers
• Create frameworks & solutions to promote reusability, consistency, and efficiency
• Guide development teams toward a common methodology
