Frontend Software Developer

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Software Developer to design, develop, and deploy high-quality, user-centric frontend solutions for PranaTree. You will leverage your expertise in Vue.js and JavaScript to build scalable, responsive interfaces that drive seamless user experiences, collaborating closely with backend developers and cross-functional teams to set best practices and contribute to architectural decisions. As a senior developer, you will mentor junior frontend developers, promote continuous learning, and ensure standards of performance, accessibility, and maintainability, while working closely with product, design, and QA teams to deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the technical direction of PranaTrees frontend and play a key role in the success of our product.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop web applications for the PranaTree platform.
2. Mentor and train less experienced developers.
3. Contribute to the technology roadmap for PranaTree.
4. Participate in and guide agile processes within the team.

Core Skills:

Vue 3 and GoJS: Proficient in developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications.
Bootstrap: Skilled in translating designs into responsive, performant, and cross-browser-compatible web interfaces using Bootstrap and SCSS.
Agile Methodologies: Hands-on experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.
Software Design Patterns: Advanced understanding of software design patterns, including CQRS and others relevant to modern software architecture.
Backend Collaboration: Strong experience collaborating with backend developers to achieve seamless API integration and backend service alignment, particularly with Azure, C#, and SignalR.
Testing Frameworks: Knowledge of Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, or Cypress for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
State Management: Experience with libraries like Vuex, Pinia, Redux, or MobX to handle complex application states.
Accessibility Standards: Familiarity with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and tools for testing accessibility.
Performance Optimization: Skills in lazy loading, code splitting, asset minification, and browser rendering optimization.
RESTful APIs: Understanding of effective and flexible data retrieval in frontend applications.
UI/UX Design Sensitivity: Awareness of design principles and tools like Figma or Sketch for translating designs into functional components.
Progressive Web Apps (PWAs): Knowledge of service workers, caching strategies, and offline functionality.
Frontend Performance Monitoring: Tools like New Relic, Google Lighthouse, or Sentry for performance tracking.
Security Best Practices: Secure coding practices, including OWASP guidelines, XSS prevention, and CSP.
Server-Side Rendering (SSR): Experience with tools like Nuxt.js for Vue to improve SEO and load times.

Headless CMS and Content APIs: Familiarity with Contentful, Strapi, or Sanity.
