Field Service Specialist (FSS):FSS is CEATs manpower on ground and plays a pivotal role in executing the activities to be done at the yard. The activities are discussed in details in section 2. The profile and onboarding details are the following:

Job Description (JD):

• Inventory (all kinds of tyres, consumables, tools etc.) management

• vehicle and tyre inspection

• corrective actions implementation

• Tyre performance tracking

• Interacting with fitters, mechanics at yard, re-traders and fleet manager

• data entry in e-fleet software and

daily data sharing with the fleet manager
