As a Sales Team Lead at Jugnoo Fatafat, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in acquiring SME B2B businesses and driving adoption and scalability of our product.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard SME B2B clients.
- Coach and mentor sales representatives to effectively communicate product value and benefits.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance product offerings and sales materials.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to optimize results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SME B2B clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly with SMEs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
