Job Opportunity: Grade 1 to Grade 5 PYP HRT Teacher

Position: PYP HRT Teacher
We seek an experienced educator with high expectations, innovation, and creativity. The ideal candidate will:
- Commit to the school s vision and educational philosophy.

- Actively participate in co-curricular and enrichment activities.
- Contribute to a localized PYP curriculum, reflecting the Indian/ Rajasthani context.
- Implement inquiry-based teaching, differentiating activities for diverse student needs.
- Authentically assess, record, and track student progress.
- Support holistic child development.
- Prioritize student agency and self-efficacy through modeling.
- Be enthusiastic about professional development activities and innovation/design led special programs.

- A B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent in Primary teaching

- Preferred Attributes:
- Minimum 3 years of primary education experience, with a proven record in IB PYP.
- Cross-cultural work experience.

- Multilingual with C1 competency in spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with technology in teaching and learning. Valued Additional Assets:
- Successful experience as an IB workshop leader.
- Familiarity with the Indian context.
