Baristas and Cafe Managers

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and other menu items, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Oversee and manage daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth workflow, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, taking orders, and handling complaints professionally.
• Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, troubleshooting and cleaning machines as needed.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including baristas, to ensure high performance and team collaboration.
• Monitor and manage inventory, placing orders to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Handle financial transactions, including cash handling, sales tracking, and preparing sales reports.
• Develop staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours and maintain work-life balance for employees.
• Implement marketing initiatives and promotions to attract new customers and retain regular patrons.
