Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and other menu items, ensuring consistency and quality.
Oversee and manage daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth workflow, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, taking orders, and handling complaints professionally.
Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, troubleshooting and cleaning machines as needed.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including baristas, to ensure high performance and team collaboration.
Monitor and manage inventory, placing orders to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Handle financial transactions, including cash handling, sales tracking, and preparing sales reports.
Develop staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours and maintain work-life balance for employees.
Implement marketing initiatives and promotions to attract new customers and retain regular patrons.
