Job Description
- Govern SDLC Processes: Establish, standardize, and continuously improve SDLC processes, workflows, and documentation.
- Process Audits and Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO 27001, NIST, CISSP, and other relevant frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for aligning Product, Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams.
- Metrics and Reporting: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency, bottlenecks, and improvement areas.
- Process Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for SDLC processes, policies, and best practices.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate process-related risks during project planning and execution.
- Training and Enablement: Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure all teams understand and adhere to defined processes.
- Change Management: Oversee change management initiatives related to SDLC processes and ensure seamless adoption across teams.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Management, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience managing SDLC processes in software or enterprise product companies.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CISSP.
- Proficiency in process documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Lucidchart, Visio).
- Proven experience in process audits and risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams.
