About the Role:

Tattva Foundation is seeking a dedicated Associate Finance & Operations to support financial and operational processes within the organization. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance, accounting, and procurement while contributing to the smooth functioning of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounting:

• Assist in financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and accounting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Support procurement processes and vendor management.
• Oversee timesheets, travel allowances, and expense management.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and audits.
• Work closely with internal teams to improve operational efficiency.

Operations and Tender Management:

• Review tender documents and identify relevant tenders for the organization.
• Track tender due dates and ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Prepare and compile necessary documentation for tender applications.
• Support operational activities related to project execution and administration.
• Coordinate with teams to streamline operational workflows.
• Handle additional administrative and operational tasks as required.

Skills:

• Proficiency in financial software, MS Excel, and accounting tools.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and procurement processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
