1. Develop and implement training programs.
2. Drive the functional and behavioral trainings in the designated region.
3. Good presentation skills.
4. Should be able to manage all the records / MIS related to training sessions and conducting the Tests post-training sessions.
5. Should be able establish strong relationships with various stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop content.
7. Hands on in delivering virtual as well as classroom training sessions.
8. Should have knowledge of financial terminology and functions.
9. Minimum 7 - 8years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably from an NBFC / BFSI background
10. Excellent In Excel & Maintaining Data.
11. Rigorously implement data and Metrics hygiene.
12. Well- versed in English, Hindi, South -(Tamil and Malayalam, Kannada),
13. Excellent communication skills, with an ability to positively influence others.
14. Candidate should be comfortable to travel frequently across TMFL & region.
South - Karnataka, Telangana , Andhra Pradesh, Kerala ,Pondicherry and Tamil Nadu.
15. Sales & Collection Functional competency Development, calendarized and oversee the periodic sessions.
16. Ensure impactful delivery of the function session be self /team & co- own the impact of new joinee.
17. Experience in handling LMS.
18. Delivery of Skill development functional & behavioral program.
19. Oversee employee attendance and performance.
20. Track employee success and progress
21. Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis.
22. Prepare and deliver training courses.
Required Skills & Experience
1. Masters degree in human resources or a related field (essential).
2. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
3. Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
4. Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and
communication tools.
5. Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
6. Must have done some certification.
7. Fantastic organizational and time management skills
8. Strategic and creative mind-set.
9. Meticulous attention to detail.
