Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Preparing and operating CNC machines to perform tasks such as Set up, Program and EDM Operations.
Set up, Program and EDM.
Confirm right Cutters are used for the given by CAM programer, fixing the Cutter with Right Toolholder and Balance the Tool holder with fixed cuter using the Balancing machine..
Ensure 2D/3D prints spec are met, GD&T and surface finish to meet designed defination.
Communicate to superior about the cutting tools / consumables requirement at appropriate time
Pick the right program with proper sequence to perform the machining operations.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in operating CNC Milling machine (Vertical) 3 & 5 Axis,EDM, Wire EDM, Drill EDM machines.
