Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Set up and turnaround of all process equipment in down stream
- Able to perform COP, CIP and SIP as per the schedule and whenever necessary for all equipment.
- Foam cleaning and washing with cleaning chemicals of Manufacturing area as per schedule or whenever necessary
- Operation of mixed bed, chromatographic / SSMB (Simulated Sequential Moving Bed), Polish Bed systems and multiple effect evaporation.
- Write and review standard operating procedures and batch production records.
- Initiates deviations as needed, reporting and solving problems and issues.
- Document and maintain activity records according to cGMP regulations and ensure junior team members are trained.
- Operate general production equipment such as Analytical Scales, pH/conductivity meters, etc.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering OR Bio-technology
Essential:
- Strong proficiency in Microbiology and Engineering principles
- Problem Solving / Trouble Shooting
- Good documentation skills
- Planning Time Management
- A strong team player
