Job Description

Job Purpose
The purpose of the job is to be responsible for developing and managing a range of financial products and services tailored to meet the unique needs of MSME clients across the nation and formulating, executing product strategies, driving innovation, enhancing existing offerings, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Main Accountabilities
Product Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the MSME segment in alignment with the overall business goals.
Product Development:
Lead the development of new financial products and services catering to MSME clients, ensuring their competitiveness and relevance.
Product Lifecycle Management:
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, monitoring, and eventual discontinuation or enhancement.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and use this information to inform product development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Risk, and Operations, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing performance.
Pricing Strategy:
Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability, taking into account market dynamics and client requirements.
Risk Management:
Collaborate with the Risk team to assess and mitigate potential risks associated with new product offerings.
Compliance:
Ensure that all products and services comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Performance Monitoring:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor product performance, making data-driven decisions for improvements.
Training and Education:
Provide training and education to internal teams, including Relationship Managers, on new product offerings, features, and benefits.
Market Launch:
Plan and execute product launches, including marketing and sales strategies, to achieve adoption and revenue targets.
Client Feedback:
Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve existing products and services, ensuring high client satisfaction.

Qualification: MBA/PGDBA/PGPM/ CA or Equivalent
