Position : Senior Software Engineer

Technical skills requirements :

The person in this role is expected to support software development activities, both in-house and outsourced.

Please Note :

The position requires supporting the development team in driving software development through developing desktop applications/interfaces that communicate with hardware, integration software development, and mobile app development for RFID and other IoT-related projects.

Technical Skills/ Knowledge required :

- 8 to 10-year experience in RFID-based software development or a similar role.

- Experience in the implementation of software development projects using Dot NET 4.0 and above, C#, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, MVC., RFID/IoT middleware, windows Universal and iOS Extension with C# is Plus Point

- Experience in developing Web API and REST web services (AWS, AZURE)

- Ability to deliver high-quality software.

- Upgrading, configuring, and debugging existing systems.

- Proven experience as a developer or application developer.

- Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))

- Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, .NET)

- Good written and spoken English language skills.

- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)

- Understanding of Agile methodologies.

- Experience in software development for RFID-related and other IoT projects.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

- Communicate with developers and solution consultants

-The position requires interaction with the software development team to understand product details and develop comprehensive software and associated documentation that meets organizational standards.

- Perform application integration with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and communication.

- Participate in the complete software development life cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

- Create and maintain documentation for software systems and applications.

- Keep up with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve software development processes.

- Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular libraries like Angular/React is a plus.

- Analyze and manage existing Codes -The Person will need to analyse existing projects and optimise existing content.

- Help prepare easy-to-understand, high-quality technical documentation.

- Make high-quality documentation that meets standards, is appropriate, and is easy to use.

- Create and maintain information architecture.
