SAP SD Senior Consultant - Implementation (10-16 yrs)

Job Description :

- Implementation experience in a Retail Industry/projects, including implementation of OMNI channel sales process in S/4 HANA.

- Implement and configure SAP S/4 HANA modules related to Order to Cash (OTC) processes, including Sales, Credit Management, Distribution, Pricing, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.

- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA configuration, customization, and enhancement of OTC functionalities using SAP Activate or other implementation methodologies.

- Exposure / Experience to SAP CAR and integration with S/4 HANA.

- Exposure to Signavio and understanding of EML best practices, collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and map business processes to SAP S/4 HANA functionalities.

- Integration knowledge of S/4 HANA with surrounding systems (Transportation, Warehouse, Order Management Systems)

- Knowledge of Event based Integration, BTP - Extension and relevance towards Clean Core before any custom extensions.

- Customize and enhance standard SAP S/4 HANA OTC functionalities to meet specific business requirements.

- Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

- Perform data migration activities, including data cleansing, data mapping, and data conversion for OTC-related master data and transactional data.

- Provide guidance and support to business users during testing, training, and user acceptance phases.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP S/4 HANA OTC modules, including investigating and resolving incidents and performing root cause analysis.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4 HANA OTC functionalities, best practices, and industry trends, and recommend process improvements and system optimizations.

- Ability to work independently, Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Logistics, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure integration and alignment of OTC processes with other business functions.

- Document system configurations, business processes, and user manuals as per project requirements.

- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies and tools, such as Jira or Confluence, is desirable.
