Your role involves collaborating with DevOps teams, cloud architects, and software engineers to automate the provisioning and configuration of cloud resources. You will play a key role in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of the organization's cloud infrastructure and applications.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources in various environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).Develop Terraform modules, templates, and configurations to automate the deployment of cloud infrastructure components.Collaborate with cloud architects and DevOps teams to design and optimize infrastructure solutions based on best practices and business requirements.Implement version control and CI/CD pipelines for Terraform configurations to ensure consistency and automated deployments.Monitor and troubleshoot Terraform deployments, addressing any infrastructure-related issues and ensuring smooth operations.Review and enhance existing Terraform scripts and configurations to improve performance, security, and maintainability.Implement security best practices in Terraform configurations, including IAM roles, security groups, and encryption.Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure high-quality Terraform code.Stay updated with the latest advancements in Terraform and cloud technologies, incorporating new features and best practices into the infrastructure design.Provide technical guidance and support to other team members, promoting the adoption of Terraform best practices across the organization.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Terraform Specialist, Terraform Engineer, or in a similar role with hands-on experience in Terraform infrastructure as code.Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure services.Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts and best practices.Experience in implementing and managing Terraform configurations for cloud infrastructure provisioning.Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) to support Terraform automation tasks.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address infrastructure-related issues.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
