Job Description
Plan and conduct user research when required.
- Lead key product stream ensuring deliverables on time and with best quality.
- Co-create with multiple stakeholders through the project lifecycle from ideation workshops, research to wireframes, prototypes etc
- Demonstrate expertise in design, especially in information architecture, interaction design, prototyping.
- Constantly evolve design skills across research, IA, wireframes, tools and product thinking.
- Envision intuitive and cohesive user experience for key products. Maintain design outcomes in proper order.
- Be an unrelenting advocate for end users and help articulate user needs to various stakeholders when required.
- Design with empathy towards end users and humanize the product features
- Help improve competency by participating in hiring and mentoring.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 8 to 10 years of core experience in UX related areas including user research, interaction design
- Critical thinker with ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, present designs, implement any inputs effectively and judiciously.
- Should have experience leading design projects for atleast 2 years.
- Expert level knowledge in user journeys, information architecture, interaction design and prototyping
- Knowledge of design thinking and product ideation methodologies
- Experience in building mobile UX including best practices and interface guidelines.
- Knowledge of planning and executing user research generative and evaluative
- Excellent communication, articulation, and oratory across the board.
- Independent worker who can think outside the box to arrive at solutions.
- Exceptional portfolio of design work including atleast 2-3 design projects in portfolio.
BONUS REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of design systems including previous experience in building one
- Hands on experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing activities.
- Knowledge and experience with creative design, animations, branding etc
- Participation in reputed design conferences/papers published.
