Role & Responsibilities :
- Translate complex brand identity needs, product goals, and design challenges into visually compelling and impactful design solutions.
- Quickly visualize and prototype design concepts through mood boards, hi-fidelity mockups, visual comps, and animations, effectively communicating design ideas and direction.
- Create iterative visual designs that align with the product objectives, adhere to brand and visual guidelines, and incorporate feedback from internal reviews and usability testing.
- Elevate the product and brand by developing cohesive and elegant visual design systems, leveraging modern UI trends and patterns from concept through to final execution.
- Clearly articulate the creative strategy and rationale behind design decisions to stakeholders.
- Be a champion of the company's visual identity and advocate for design quality across all touchpoints.
- Take ownership and accountability of specific product lines or product verticals, ensuring consistency and innovation in visual output.
- Ability to clearly define visual design problems and craft solutions that enhance user experience while
meeting business objectives.
- Efficiently integrate feedback to produce high-quality, visually engaging work on tight deadlines.
- Lead and mentor junior designers, ensuring a high standard of design output across the team.
- Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Manage multiple visual design projects concurrently, balancing competing priorities with a focus on quality and deadlines.
- Consistently deliver world-class visual designs in a fast-paced, loosely defined environment
Ideal Candidate :
- Must have worked in a product based company.
- Strong portfolio of UI, Visual focused work in Top B2C Products or Good B2B SaaS Products
- A drive for excellence; an enthusiasm to constantly push the boundaries of the visual and user experience we create.
- Strong fundamental knowledge of design principles, user behavior and design trends.
- 4-8 years designing high impact consumer facing digital experiences.
- A deep passion to think differently and challenge conventional approaches to design.
- Proven expertise in the world of Visual design, including research, building a cohesive brand identity, illustrative and iconographic work, UI and graphical work
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers, engineers, and UX designers
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop or animation tools).
- Familiarity with building and managing design systems and brand guidelines.
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and influencing skills.
- A strong balance between idealism and pragmatism in thought and action
- Being a thought leader when it comes to user experience and design in general
- An online portfolio of professional work is required.
- Proven experience working on and conceptualizing/art directing for motion design and micro interaction elements in digital product.
