How You Will Make an Impact:

Digital Strategy Development:
- Design and implement high-impact digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and enhancements.
Campaign Management:
- Lead the execution of integrated digital campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, email, and paid media.
- Oversee demand generation strategies, with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM) and lead nurturing to optimize the sales funnel.
- Measure and analyze performance metrics to continually optimize campaign effectiveness.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing digital marketing team.
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and KPIs.
Customer Acquisition & Retention:
- Develop strategies to drive customer acquisition through digital channels and ensure strong customer engagement and retention.

- Conduct data-driven analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all digital channels.
- Enhance brand awareness through content strategies, PR, partnerships, and influencer engagement.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring a strong ROI on all campaigns.
- Allocate resources effectively across channels and initiatives.
Technology & Automation:
- Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to streamline processes and improve lead management and conversion.
- Stay ahead of the latest trends in digital marketing technologies and recommend innovations that could drive success.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS companies.
- Proven track record of developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive growth in a B2B environment.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, ABM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven marketing and A/B testing.
- Strong understanding of the North American B2B SaaS market, including buyer personas, sales cycles, and competitive landscape.
