Research Analyst - KPO (5-12 yrs)

Primary responsibilities of this role :

- Design comprehensive quantitative and qualitative surveys and provide basic programming instructions for implementation (Programming & Fielding) teams

- Review AI-generated Analysis Plans to address customer research objectives and set up the plan to successfully guide the topline and/or report output

- Review toplines, checking for accurate takeaways and recommendations

- As needed, assist in producing custom deep dive reports

- Contribute regularly to product teams to help inform and prioritize platform development

- Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and business needs

- Bridge the gap between customer needs and technical research implementation

- Document changes that are made to AI-generated assets, coordinating with product team to continuously improve the AI tools
