Manager - Strategy Consulting (5-12 yrs)

Position: Manager- Strategy Consulting( From Big 4s)

Role Details:

The group is looking for a seasoned professional with 5-8 years of experience in consulting, preferably with Private Equity, Venture Capital, or large consulting companies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the alternate investments space and exceptional client management skills.

2. Client Management: Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.

3. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Kelp's offerings to existing clients, driving revenue growth and expanding our footprint.

4. Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

5. Platform Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of Kelp's decision platform and its applications in alternate investments.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams.

Key Requirement:

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in consulting, preferably with Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Large Consulting companies

- Strong understanding of the alternate investment space

- Excellent client management and relationship-building skills. Proven track record of upselling and cross-selling

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

- Experience with decision platforms or similar technology

- Knowledge of data analytics and AI applications in finance

- Certification in a related field (e.g., CFA, CAIA)
