Chief Financial Officer - CA/IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI (13-18 yrs)

Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy, Planning & Analysis:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with Company's domestic and international growth objectives.

- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and capital allocation to support expansion into new markets.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization for both domestic and international operations.

- Drive efficiency in financial operations through automation and digital transformation.

- Partner with other business functional heads to drive revenues, support operations, optimize costs and ensure compliances.

Financial Consolidation & Reporting:

- Oversee financial reporting across multiple geographies, ensuring compliance with IFRS, Indian GAAP, and local financial regulations.

- Lead the consolidation of financial statements for international subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with multi-country accounting principles.

- Coordinate with auditors to facilitate smooth statutory, tax and internal audits across all operating regions.

- Improve financial reporting structures to provide real-time insights to leadership teams.

International Operations & Compliance:

- Establish and manage global accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial consolidation across multiple jurisdictions.

- Monitor international tax structures, transfer pricing regulations, and ensure compliance with global financial reporting standards.

- Navigate regulatory landscapes in different countries, ensuring adherence to local laws related to finance, taxation, and corporate governance.

- Work closely with legal, compliance, and finance teams to mitigate risks associated with foreign exchange, import/export duties, and global supply chain finance.

Risk Management & Corporate Governance:

- Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks associated with international operations.

- Develop internal controls to ensure financial data integrity across regions.

- Ensure Company adheres to corporate governance best practices and global compliance standards.

Treasury & Cash Management:

- Optimize cash flow management across multiple geographies to ensure adequate liquidity.

- Develop and execute effective cash flow forecasting models to support operational and investment decisions.

- Manage foreign exchange risk, hedging strategies, and international fund transfers.

- Oversee banking relationships, negotiating terms to optimize cash management and reduce financial costs.

- Implement best practices for working capital management, including receivables, payables, and inventory financing.

- Evaluate and implement treasury management systems to improve financial controls and automation.

Strategic Partnership & Leadership:

- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, providing financial insights for global expansion and investment decisions.

- Mentor and lead the finance and accounting teams across multiple geographies, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Collaborate with banks, investors, and financial institutions to optimize capital structure and funding strategies.

Qualifications/ Experience:

- CA/ top-tier MBA (finance)

- Approx 15 years of relevant experience in senior finance roles, preferably in e-commerce, supply chain, or B2B product businesses.

- Strong experience in managing multi-country financial operations, tax compliance, FX management and international accounts consolidation.

- Proven track record in cash management, financial planning, capital raising, financial structuring, and managing investor relations.

- Good understanding of new financial technologies, ERP systems, and digital transformation in finance.
