- The Chief Product Officer will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our product vision.
- As a leader, you will oversee the product organization, drive innovation, and align cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions in the healthcare space.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Partner with the leadership team to define long-term product vision and priorities.
- Manage the product organization's budget and oversee build-vs-buy technology decisions.
- Collaborate with Engineering vendors to ensure business needs are met.
Define and Manage KPIs:
- Develop and operationalize key metrics for business growth.
- Establish OKRs to foster transparency, collaboration, and success across teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with Sales and Marketing teams to identify monetization opportunities, manage platform integrations, and define product roadmaps.
- Lead go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Oversee product documentation and training for internal teams and customers.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire the product management team, focusing on vision, design, strategy, and execution.
- Establish guiding principles for user research, hypothesis formation, prioritization, and execution.
- Build and empower a high-performing team aligned with organizational values.
Drive Innovation:
- Develop and enhance solutions that achieve product-market fit and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct disciplined research to understand customer needs and refine product decisions.
- Monitor product metrics and incorporate learnings into future development.
Alignment and Improvement:
- Foster a culture of ownership, growth mindset, and respect.
- Clearly communicate product vision and value proposition internally and externally.
- Inspire the team to continuously strive for alignment and improvement.
Measures of Success:
- Revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and advocacy metrics.
- Progress against roadmap commitments.
- Improved documentation and shared understanding of product plans across the organization.
- High engagement and satisfaction levels among direct reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, go-to-market, product, or general management roles, with proven outcomes in healthcare, consumer products, or technology.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in building and empowering high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on market needs and business goals.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in program management and handling multiple initiatives.
- Healthcare industry experience is mandatory.
- Executive presence and strong communication skills to represent the product team effectively.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and thriving team environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships
