What We're Looking For :

Must-Haves :

- TypeScript/JavaScript ninja (6-8 years of full-stack experience, frontend focus)

- Python proficiency that would make Guido van Rossum proud

- Event-Driven Programming expertise (Kafka/RedPanda/NATS)

- SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (Mongo/Cassandra) database wizardry

- CI/CD pipeline mastery

You're Well-Versed In :

- Design Patterns (because spaghetti code is for eating, not coding)

- React / Vite (bonus points if you can explain them to your grandma)

- MicroServices & Micro-Frontends (with the ability to build, compile & ship like a boss)

- Microsoft Bot Framework (for creating conversational AI that doesn't sound like it's from the 90s)

Bonus Points :

Machine Learning Ops knowledge (because AI is kind of our thing)

- Kubernetes & K native expertise (orchestrate those containers like a symphony)

The Essentials :

- B.E./B.Tech/MSc in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent real-world experience)

- 6-8 years of relevant experience (but hey, if you're a prodigy, we're all ears!)

- Problem-solving skills sharper than a samurai sword

- Communication skills smoother than butter

- A positive, can-do attitude that can move mountains (or at least large codebases)
