Handling all the calls and room bookings for the reservations in the hotel.
Receive calls enquiring about room availability and rates.
Interacts extensively with the guest and travel agents regarding reservations and cancellations
To check on reservation activity list/ monthly charts.
Ensuring that the right rates are applied in system as per the contracted rates.
Filing the dockets, no shows, and complimentary bookings.
Thorough knowledge of all hotel operations
Thorough knowledge of Accommodation management and reservation systems
Basics of Accounting and Financial Management
Working knowledge of MS Office, and Opera
Room Pricing & Selling techniques
Must be computer literate
Excellent communication skills
