Manager - Growth Marketing
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Growth Manager to lead our customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing growth strategies, a deep understanding of data-driven marketing, and a strong focus on experimentation to drive scalable results.
- This role requires someone who is highly analytical, innovative, and skilled at collaborating across departments to fuel business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy Development : Define, build, and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive customer acquisition and engagement across various channels.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities, setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and establishing benchmarks.
- Data Analysis & Experimentation : Analyze user data and market trends to inform growth strategies and enhance customer insights.
- Design and execute A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks to optimize conversion rates and improve user experience.
- Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of growth campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed based on insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer.
- Success teams to align growth objectives and ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve customer journey and develop features that drive growth.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to optimize campaigns and align messaging with growth objectives.
- Customer Lifecycle Management : Develop and execute customer retention strategies, focusing on increasing engagement, reducing churn, and maximizing lifetime value.
- Manage lead generation funnels and nurture campaigns to drive conversions and customer loyalty.
- Channel Optimization : Oversee and optimize various growth channels, including SEO, paid acquisition, email, content marketing, partnerships, and social media.
- Experiment with new and emerging platforms to identify untapped growth opportunities.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting : Track and report on key growth metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership and other stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate attribution of growth efforts to specific channels or initiatives.
- Revenue Targets- Achieve revenue target.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/ Master's in Marketing, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in a growth, marketing, or product role preferably in SAAS companies, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Clearbit, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid social, and other growth marketing channels.
- Previous experience as a Team Lead.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
