As a Sales Intern at Tacitbase, you will gain hands-on experience in various sales strategies focused on cold calling, emailing, and lead management. This role will allow you to work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and learn key sales techniques while helping the company grow.
What You ll Do:
Cold Calling: You will contact potential clients (companies or decision-makers) who might benefit from our product but havent yet engaged with Tacitbase. You will introduce our product, learn about their hiring needs, and set up further meetings with our sales team.
Cold Emailing: You ll assist in crafting and sending out personalized cold email campaigns. These emails will introduce Tacitbase to potential customers, highlight how we solve their hiring pain points, and encourage them to start a conversation with our sales team.
Lead Research: Using tools and platforms (like LinkedIn, CRMs and databases), you will research and identify new potential customers, gather relevant contact information, and categorize leads based on industry, company size, and hiring needs.
Sales Strategy Development: Youll collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach templates and scripts. Youll get feedback on what works, adapt strategies, and suggest new methods to improve our success rate in cold outreach.
Performance Tracking: You will track the performance of your outreach efforts by maintaining detailed records of calls, emails, and responses. Youll learn how to measure the effectiveness of sales tactics and improve based on data.
Sales Tools Exposure: You will work with sales software (CRM tools) to manage your leads, track conversations, and keep records of all interactions. Youll also be trained on how to use these tools efficiently for your future career.
