As a System Admin, you are expected to excel in addressing technical issues for existing deployments, helping them with upgrades and to ensure customer satisfaction. Expected to have a strong background in preparing POC and deployment plans, conducting POCs, and deploying security solutions while working collaboratively with customer technical teams, internal sales teams, vendor support, and presales teams to achieve successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement data loss prevention strategies to safeguard sensitive information.
Help the customer in Monitoring and analyzing security incidents to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data protection measures are effectively implemented.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DLP deployments and configurations.
Familiarity Managing the endpoints with endpoint management solutions such as SCCM, Intune, and JAMF.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data security and DLP technologies.
Conduct POC for the Data security solution in the customer environments.
Plan and deploy the Data security solutions.
Work with the Vendor pre-sales team for Planning and deployment and work with Vendor and Customer support teams for Troubleshooting.
