Key Responsibilities:

5. Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Use market intelligence to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
6. Sales Operations:
- Optimize the sales process and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the development of sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
- Manage the sales budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Oversee the development of sales strategies for medical practitioners, corporate hospitals, and
government sectors.
Qualifications:
Education: Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from ISB/IIM preferred.
Experience: 15-18 years of progressive sales experience in the medical devices or prosthetics and orthotics industry.
Preferred: 10 years of experience as a senior sales leader managing large teams in a medical device environment.
