A successful candidate will be accountable for all aspects of production performance, and will ensure that objectives are attained in a cost-effective manner that s consistent with quality requirements.

Bachelor s/ Master s in Chemistry.

 

Ensure optimum use of manpower.
Providing necessary information / equipment s to subordinates to protect their health.
Responsible to communicate planned deviation unplanned deviation to production head.
Responsible for day-to-day trouble shooting grievances at shop floor.
To maintain document and record like Batch Record, Equipment logbooks, Cleaning Record, etc.
To maintain housekeeping and equipment cleaning record.
To maintain Equipment Status (as under operation/under cleaning).
To ensure Cleaning, sanitation of manufacturing area.
Monitoring of compliance with cGMP requirements.
To ensure that product are produced and stored according to the appropriate documentation in order to obtain the required quality.
To ensure that the required initial and continuing training of production personnel is carried out and adapted according to need.
To suggest change control for process, equipment and documents related to production department
