Responsibilities:
Business Development:Identify and develop new export markets for ferro alloys, steel, or mining products. Research market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify potential opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors.
Export Operations:Oversee the entire export process, from order receipt to shipment and documentation. Prepare accurate export documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, and shipping documents. Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments. Monitor export shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
Market Analysis:Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify opportunities and challenges. Conduct market research to identify new markets and potential customers. Monitor economic and political factors that may impact export business.
Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Negotiation and Contract Management:Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with international buyers.
Draft and review export contracts to protect the company's interests. Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
