Job Title: Assistant/ Associate Manager- Administration (Customer Centricity)

Job Location: Bengaluru

Reporting to: Manager- Administration

Job Grade: 8 - II/ 7 - I

Core Purpose of the Role: To manage Executive Fine Dining room for Foreign Guests, Senior leadership and Dignitaries/ VIPs, and F&B operations for Event Management and Facilities Administration.

Role Accountabilities

  • Qualifications and Experience in Hotel Management or Hospitality Graduate from a reputed institution

  • Should have a background and experience in the Food & Beverages Department of the Hotel Industry in reputed Hotels/ Restaurants

  • Complete operational Management of EDR and ensure Dining room is maintained in well manner and have restaurant experience for guests/ client s visits

  • Monitoring the VVIP guests Executive Fine-Dine and F&B operations for all Daily Requirements and Events.

  • Preferable also to have experience in Corporate Admin Facilities Management

  • Monitoring Event management and coordination (Townhall, meetings and other events).

  • Monitoring and deployment of office/pantry boy for the clients/auditor s hospitality services.

  • Monitoring and supply of pantry/stationeries and consumables stock.

  • Monitoring entire housekeeping activities and operations.

  • SPOC for dedicated client facilities and visits coordination.

  • Procurement of Admin department materials and requirements.

  • Monitor on vacuum and carpet/chairs shampooing/cleaning activities as per schedules.

  • Conducting trainings/briefing sessions as per Admin protocols/procedures.

  • Creating presentations/PPT s and Analytics on Admin activities.

  • New initiatives to improve the services, hygiene, and health at workplace.

Specific requirements for this role

Experience- 9 - 15 Years

Skills and Capabilities: Good English speaking with preferably any exposure to Foreign guests and VIP dignitaries, should have prior good 4star / 5 star hotel or a high profile restaurant experience from the F&B side and Floor Manager.

Education- MBA/MSW/ Hotel Management Graduate
