- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content strategies.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content that aligns with brand voice and strategy.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Utilize performance marketing strategies to maximize ROI and conversion rates across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators and designers, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, social media, email marketing, and performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- MBA in Marketing.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot.
