Job Description:
- Our clients offer end to end and scalable solutions for real time air quality monitoring and advanced data analytics.
- They are leading solution provider in the Environmental Monitoring Domain are used in Smart cities, Industries, Landmills, Airports and many such places where critical decisions are made based on Environmental-Data.
Job position: Sales Manager.
Experience: 3+ years will work if the candidate has excellent communication skills and sales attitude.
Location: Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad.
Working Hours: 10-7.
Working Days: 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy specifically focused on securing government contracts.
- Establish strategic partnerships to enhance market reach and drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities within government sectors.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Build and manage a robust network of strategic partners across key industries.
- Leverage partners' expertise and market reach to expand the company's sales footprint.
- Collaborate with partners to identify mutual opportunities and develop joint sales initiatives.
- Proactively identify and connect with procurement heads and purchase departments in major industries.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships to drive sales and ensure business.
- Develop and maintain detailed sales forecasts to guide strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Analyze key sales metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, government policies, and competitor activity.
Sales approaches based on market intelligence to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- BE/B. Tech (IT/Computer Science) (preferred)or any engineering degree/Masters in (IT/Computer Application/Marketing) or equivalent.
- Proven experience of minimum 5 years in sales leadership or a similar role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and draw actionable insights.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Industry:
- Candidate from IT Software sector or some who has government alliances or worked for government alliances.
