Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closure.

- Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Identify and mitigate project risks.

- Drive operational efficiency and improve service delivery.

- Implement robust quality assurance processes.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.

- Track revenue and expenses.

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

- Stay updated with the latest technology trends in the telecom industry.

- Explore opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve efficiency.

- Drive the adoption of new technologies to enhance service delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in the telecom industry, with a strong focus on BPO and RPA.

- Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex projects.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

- Knowledge of telecom processes and systems.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
